With the platform of Interpersonal skills, we move from the individual to the interpersonal level. Although the personal leadership platform is a very strong basis, there are additional, social based insights and abilities, which either makes or breaks the individual, and which are foundations for high performance teams. It is often said, that the most important skill a top leader can have, is exactly one’s interpersonal skills.
The Interpersonal skills platform, which can be delivered in English and in Danish, is highly modular, and can be composed into a program tailored to your particular needs. Thus, it can vary from hours to several days, and can be supplemented with our other platforms. It can be bundled with external teambuilding activities, as I am cooperating with skilled outdoor instructors.
Additionally, I am offering team level coaching, which is a good supplement to any tranformation.
